E.O Gas Test

E.O Gas Test is an ethylene oxide sterilization process indicator designed to indicate, through a visible color change, when the device has been exposed to an ethylene oxide sterilization process. The test designed to monitor all critical parameters of Ethylene Oxide sterilization (time, temperature, gas concentration, and humidity). The test can be used in every pouch or pack and will assure ethylene oxide gas penetration into the packs with a uniform color change from blue to light green. This product is designed for use in ethylene oxide sterilizers.

H2O2 Plasma Test

H2O2 Plasma Test is designed to be used at low-temperature hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizers. The test can be used in every pouch or pack and will assure sufficient hydrogen peroxide gas penetration into the packs with a uniform color change from purple to blue.

Formaldehyde Test

Formaldehyde Test is designed to be used at low-temperature formaldehyde gas sterilizers. The test can be used in every pouch or pack and will assure sufficient formaldehyde gas penetration into the packs with a uniform color change from claret red to green.

Ultrasonic Washer Test

Ultrasonic Washer Tests consist of a clear vial filled with reactive green-colored solution and glass beads. The device monitors the cavitation capacity of the ultrasonic washer. When functioning correctly, the vibration of glass pearls will trigger a color change to a yellow color.  Ultrasonic Washer Tests do not require a special holder to be used. The washer test should be checked daily and weekly than the results should be recorded.

When do I use the Ultrasonic Washer Test?

Ultrasonic Washer Tests should be used in each ultrasonic cycle. The Ultrasonic Washing machine should also be checked at least once a week with recorded results. This will detect any deterioration in the performance of the cleaner and assist in preventing ineffective washing.

Individual Bowie-Dick Test Sheets are designed for use in the towel-pack version of the Bowie & Dick test.
